The Ark

The Ark Out of School Club is for children in Reception through to Year 6. The club offers care for children between 08:00 to 08.50 and 15.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday during term time only.

Breakfast is provided to students who arrive before 8:40am and in the After School club small snacks are provided copies of both menus are below.

Various activities are available for the children to do including arts, crafts, outdoor and indoor play, computing, dance, drama and much more!

If you are considering us for your childcare needs, please contact Mrs Waddington in the office. If there is not space available to meet your needs, you will be placed on a waiting list.

Payment

All fees must be paid in advance and late payment of fees could lead to your child’s place being withdrawn.

Payment can be made using the below methods:

• Go Cardless – a completely secure direct debit system where payment is taken one month in advance on the date of your choice. Monthly payments are calculated by us and will be credited to you Parent Pay account once we have received the payment.
• Parent Pay – a completely secure website where payment is made using your debit or credit card.
• Childcare Vouchers – if your employer offers a Childcare Voucher Scheme we are registered to take them from most suppliers.

Policies

The Ark is run by the school and therefore operates under the same policies and procedures as Holy Trinity C of E Academy. However, as the club operates a small number of additional policies are necessary. Further details of our policies and procedures can be found in the The Ark Policy Handbook which can be obtained from the school office.
